  • If a product is in limited supply, cancellation requests may be accepted to avoid order fulfillment issues or future inconvenience.

     

  • If a customer faces any issue with a product received, our dedicated support team will promptly assist in resolving the concern with the most suitable solution.

     

  • If an item ordered is out of stock, AerozPharmacy reserves the right to cancel the order immediately.

     

  • All online purchases are prepaid. If there is a payment failure or processing error, the order will be automatically canceled.

     

  • Customers may request cancellation at any time. As long as a valid reason is provided, we will honor the request.

     

  • If a payment receipt is not generated upon checkout, the order will be considered void and canceled.

     

If the customer is not satisfied with the received product, they may raise a complaint. Upon review, a full refund will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
