SHIPPING POLICY / ORDERS
Each order carries a shipping charge, calculated based on medication weight. Please allow at least 10 business days for delivery. Due to shipping volume, we advise ordering early to avoid delays or running out of medicine.

RATES
Shipping rates and policies may be updated at any time without notice. Customers should check regularly for changes. We ship to home addresses and P.O. Boxes. Military shipments may experience delays due to processing. All orders are dispatched within 2 business days.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Your last used shipping address is considered the default. You may update it during checkout or in your account settings. However, changes to your account will not affect orders already placed.

Please note, all medications shipped are in generic form. AerozPharmacy does not stock branded drugs. Inform your doctor so your prescription and dosage are written accordingly.

CUSTOMS DELAYS
AerozPharmacy is not liable for any shipping delays caused during transit. You acknowledge that your order is subject to import, and delays from Customs or delivery agents are outside our control.

If your package is not delivered within the expected timeframe, you agree to wait an additional 7 days before requesting a reship.

CUSTOMS CHARGES
You agree to pay any customs charges imposed on your shipment. These charges are your responsibility and not covered by AerozPharmacy. You understand such fees may cause additional delivery delays until paid.
